The Chief of Police may, in his discretion, and with the consent of the Council, prohibit left turns entirely, or during specified hours, at certain intersections. It is unlawful for any person to make a left turn at any intersection sign-posted prohibiting the same, or make a left turn during the hours of such sign-posted prohibition. (1988 Code § 8.04)
