A. Scope: The provisions of this title and title 7 of this Code relate exclusively to the streets, alleys and private roads in the City, and the operation and parking of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation and parking of vehicles upon such streets, alleys and private roads.
B. Orders Of An Officer: It is a misdemeanor for any person to wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police or peace officer invested by law with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic. (1988 Code § 7.03)
