6-1-2: DEFINITIONS:
Except as otherwise defined in this Code, or where the context clearly indicates a contrary intent, the words and terms defined in Minnesota Statutes chapter 169, shall be applicable to this title and title 7 of this Code. (1988 Code § 7.01)
