5-4-15: ANIMALS IN HEAT:
Except for controlled breeding purposes, every female animal in heat shall be kept confined in a building or secure enclosure, or in a veterinary hospital or boarding kennel, in such manner that such female animal cannot come in contact with other animals. (1988 Code § 10.20)
