§ 72.07   DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSONS.  Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee or similar representative
