(A) Each licensee shall be responsible for reporting all accidents which occur while aircrafts are being operated in connection with his or her operation and involving an accident which results in serious injury or death, an accident which occurs as a result of the violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Slayton City Council, the Department of Transportation Division of Aeronautics, Federal Aviation Commission, or accidents which result in damage to an aircraft in the amount exceeding $300.
(B) Any accident involving the handling of hazardous materials will be reported to the City Clerk/Administrator immediately, and pursuant to Pub. Law 92-500, being 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq., a report will be submitted to Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
