The City Clerk/Administrator is hereby authorized to issue permits for the business use of the Slayton Municipal Airport when the intended use conforms to certain standards hereafter adopted by the City Council; the airport manager shall prepare suitable forms for applications, the annual fee for permits shall be as set out in § 33.15 for a single phase operation and as set out in § 33.15 for multiple phase operations, all permits shall be for a period of 1 year, shall not be transferable or refundable, a permit shall be canceled if the permittee fails to conform to the standards.
