Truck-tractors and/or semi-trailers which are actively engaged in loading, unloading or providing a service; truck-tractors and or semi-trailers associated with public or private construction and parked within 500 feet of the construction location; and the parking of truck-tractors and/or semi-trailers on private property which is primarily used for commercial or industrial purposes and is a permitted pre-existing non-conforming use in the R-1 and R-2 Residential District.
