§ 71.50   POLICY PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to regulate the parking of certain commercial vehicles in residential districts to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Slayton, and to preserve the residential character of the areas zoned as R-1 and R-2 Residential Districts.
