§ 71.16   PARKING DURING AN EMERGENCY.
   (A)   During a period of emergency, no vehicle shall be parked or left standing on any portion of the posted streets from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
   (B)   Parking may be resumed on individual streets as soon as the snow has been removed and/or all other necessary work has been completed on these individual streets, except as may be otherwise restricted by ordinance.
