(A) The City Council may, by resolution, designate an intersection or a portion of a street or avenue as an area where U-turns will be permitted either at all times or during specified hours.
(B) Appropriate signs will be posted by the City of Slayton at the intersection or portion of the street or avenue designated, as an area where U-turns will be permitted.
