(A) Minnesota Statutes Ch. 169, as amended from time to time, known as the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, is adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of streets and is incorporated and made a part of this chapter as completely as if set out in full in this chapter.
(B) The penalty for violations of the provisions of state statutes adopted by reference in this chapter shall be identical with the penalties provided for in the statutes for the same offense.
