§ 51.48   USERS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS AND NON-METERED USERS.
   (A)   Water and sewer rates for current users outside the corporate limits of the City of Slayton and accounts that have no meters shall be triple. Non-metered hydrant use shall be triple.
   (B)   Any new account requesting water or sewer service outside city limits will not be granted until such time as the property is annexed.
