§ 51.32   DAMAGING METERS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall damage or knowingly or negligently permit damage to be done to a water meter on his or her premises or elsewhere.
   (B)   Any person damaging any meter or knowingly or negligently permitting the same to be damaged shall pay all costs of making the required repairs to the meters upon demand therefor by the City Council.
