(A) All refuse from butcher shops, rendering establishments, packinghouses and other industrial establishments must be intercepted by some form of catch basin or grated slop basin and not allowed to enter the sewer.
(B) No refuse, either liquid or solid, of a character, quality or nature that will unreasonably interfere with the ordinary treatment processes of any sewage treatment plant now or thereafter operated by the municipality shall be discharged into any public sewer or drain of this municipality.
