§ 51.06   CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All connections with the public sewers shall be made with iron or vitrified stoneware pipe having an internal diameter of 6 inches.
   (B)   No sewer pipe connecting with any public sewer shall have a fall of less than 2/10 inch to the foot.
   (C)   All pipes shall be inspected by the City Council before the same is laid and be subject to its approval.
   (D)   If any connection has been laid from a public sewer to the street line, the pipe shall in no instance be covered until the same has been duly inspected by the City Council and approved.
   (E)   The requirements of this chapter regulating excavations in public streets are to be strictly compiled with in excavating for sewers.
