§ 31.04   POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Planning Commission shall be the Planning and Zoning Commission and shall have the powers and duties given agencies generally by M.S. §§ 462.351 through 462.364 (as they may be amended from time to time). It shall also exercise the duties conferred upon it by this chapter.
