§ 150.01 MANUFACTURED HOUSES AUTHORIZED.
   The City Council of the City of Slayton authorizes the placement of manufactured houses in residential zones within the city if those manufactured houses comply with the following conditions:
   (A)   Houses shall comply with all zoning regulations for the zone in which they are located;
   (B)   A building permit and any other required permits shall be obtained for manufactured housing;
   (C)   No like house shall have ground floor space of less than 1,000 square feet;
   (D)   No like houses shall have a width of less than 24 feet at its narrowest point;
   (E)   Houses shall be placed on permanent foundations which comply with the Uniform Building Code as adopted in Minnesota and which are solid for the complete circumference of the house;
   (F)   Any manufactured house shall have exterior siding, which shall be of a conventional exterior dwelling-type material;
   (G)   Any manufactured house shall have a pitched roof covered with shingles or tile and have eaves of not less than 6 inches; and
   (H)   All manufactured houses shall be built in compliance with M.S. §§ 327.31 through 327.35, as they may be amended from time to time.
