§ 132.05   REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   A permit may be revoked or suspended at any time by order of the City Council for any violation of the provisions of this section or upon the creation or existence of any condition which would be in the opinion of the Chief of the Fire Department (or Chief of Police) create or tend to create a serious fire hazard.
