For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MISSILE. Includes any object which can be thrown or launched at a target or dropped on a target, and shall include water filled vessels.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Every vehicle which is self-propelled and not deriving its power from overhead wires.
VEHICLE. Any device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, including bicycles moved by human power.
