§ 30.37   RELATIONSHIPS OF CLERK/ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Clerk/Administrator shall:
   (A)   Report to City Council;
   (B)   Supervise:
      (1)   Public Works Director;
      (2)   Zoning Official
      (3)   Chief of Police;
      (4)   Volunteer Fire Chief;
      (5)   Municipal office personnel; and
      (6)   Head Librarian.
   (C)   Coordinate:
      (1)   City Attorney;
      (2)   Engineering consultants;
      (3)   Planning consultants; and
      (4)   Assessor.
   (D)   Through these subordinates, he or she shall be indirectly responsible for all city employees.
