(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which there is no penalty shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99
(B) Any person who violates:
(1) Any provision of this chapter;
(2) M.S. §§ 609.75 to 609.763, inclusive, as they may be amended from time to time; or
(3) M.S. §§ 349.11 to 349.21, as they may be amended from time to time, or any rules promulgated under those sections, as they may be amended from time to time; shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 10.99
