§ 111.40   AUTHORIZED USES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, unless authorized, to be in the swimming pool, bath house or within the fenced-in area around the Slayton municipal swimming pool except during the season it is open for swimming and then only during the hours established by the City Swimming Pool Committee and approved by the City Council.
