§ 110.52   MISDEMEANOR PROSECUTION.
   Nothing in this section shall prohibit the city from seeking prosecution as a misdemeanor for any alleged violation of this section. If the city elects to seek misdemeanor prosecution no administrative penalty shall be imposed.
