§ 110.51   REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Every license may be revoked by the City Council for violation of any provision of this chapter or for the violation of any of the laws of the state governing the sale of cigarettes, if the licensee has been given a reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard as set out in this chapter.
