§ 110.48 EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION.

Annually, and for each new hire, every licensee shall provide all clerks who sell tobacco related products for that licensee a summary of state laws and penalties related to sales of tobacco. The licensee shall maintain records of compliance with this provision containing signatures of all like clerks.
