(A) Application for a license shall be made to the Clerk/Administrator on a form supplied by the city.
(B) The application shall state the full name and address of the applicant, the location of the building and the part intended to be used by the applicant under the license, the kind of business conducted at that location and other information as shall be required by the application form.
(C) Upon the filing of the application with the Clerk/Administrator and payment of the required fee, it shall be presented to the City Council for its consideration, and if granted by the City Council, the license shall be issued by the Clerk/Administrator.
