§ 30.04   SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of the Council may be called as provided by M.S. § 412.191 Subd. 2, as it may be amended from time to time, and shall comply with the Open Meeting Law (M.S. § 13D.01, as it may be amended from time to time).
