(A) From and after the passage of this chapter, no person shall drink intoxicating liquor or 3.2% malt liquor on any public place within the City of Slayton, not in any motorized vehicle or any passenger carrying appurtenance attached thereto, including but not limited to trailers or campers attached to pick-up trucks or any other type of motorized vehicle while the vehicle is on a public place.
(B) No person shall have in his or her possession on his or her person any bottle or receptacle containing intoxicating liquor or 3.2% malt liquor which has been opened, or the seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed.
