(A) A uniform system of renumbering and/or renaming the streets and avenues; also numbering lots and structures in the City of Slayton, as indicated on the detailed map, which is on file in the office of the City Recorder, is hereby adopted for use in the City of Slayton. The map and all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter.
(B) The streets and avenues so changed by number or name; also the lots and structures with uniform system of numbers, within the corporate limits of the City of Slayton shall hereinafter be identified by reference to the uniform system herein adopted, and as shown on the map mentioned in division (A) above.
