For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Includes 1 or more persons of either sex, natural persons, corporations, partnerships, civic and commerce associations, other associations, joint stock companies, societies and all other entities of any kind capable of being sued.
