§ 92.057   PERMITS.
   (A)   No permit shall be issued hereunder, unless approved by the City Council.
   (B)   The Council shall consider all written applications for a permit, which shall contain the following terms and conditions:
      (1)   Setting forth the sidewalks and portions thereof proposed to be used and the location thereof;
      (2)   The period of time for which the permit is requested;
      (3)   The purpose thereof;
      (4)   No item or items displayed will be allowed to be suspended from an awning or projection from the building;
      (5)   The applicant must agree to provide the city, at no expense to the city, with liability insurance protecting the city from liability for damages to property or injuries to persons that may arise out of the use of the sidewalk for which the permit is desired, in an amount as the Council may deem necessary; and
      (6)   Other special conditions as may be applicable.
