For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Every vehicle which is self-propelled and not deriving its power from overhead wires.
PERSON.
(1) Includes a natural person of either sex, a co-partnership, a corporation or association of persons, and the agent or employee of any of the aforesaid.
(2) The singular number includes the plural, and the masculine pronoun includes the feminine and neuter.
VEHICLE. Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
