§ 92.001 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   STREET.  Any street, avenue, places drive, alley or any other public way in the City of Slayton.

   VEHICLE.  Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
