§ 91.30   RULES FOR USE.
   The following rules for use of the City of Slayton burn site shall be observed and obeyed at all times:
   (A)   Only trees, branches, brush and leaves (without bags) generated by the cleanup of property within the boundaries of the city or, to a property owner located outside the boundaries of the city who has applied  and/or obtained a special permit issued by the City Council, shall be allowed to be deposited in the burn site, except that concrete resulting from the cleanup of property within the boundaries of the city will be allowed to be deposited in a designated area in the burn site if the Public Works Department, at its discretion, issues a special permit allowing the applying party to do so;
   (B)   Leaves (without bags) shall be permitted to be deposited in the compost area of the burn site only;
   (C)   Trees, branches and brush shall be permitted to be deposited only in an area separately marked and designated for the deposit of trees, branches and brush; and
   (D)   No other garbage, trash, rubbish or refuse of any kind or type shall be permitted to be deposited in the burn site.
