§ 91.10   FIREFIGHTER APPLICANTS.
   (A)   Shall be not less than 18.
   (B)   The Council may require that each applicant, before becoming a probationary firefighter, must satisfy certain minimum requirements of education and be physically able to do all Fire Department duties, and any other qualifications which may be specified by the Council.
