§ 91.08   SECRETARY.
   (A)   The Secretary shall keep a record of the minutes of all meetings.
   (B)   The Secretary shall also keep records of all drills and Department calls for the members and shall include in the minutes the Treasurer’s report as given by the Treasurer.
