§ 91.01   GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   There is hereby continued in this City of Slayton, a Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   This Volunteer Fire Department shall consist of a Chief, a First Assistant Chief, a Second Assistant Chief, a Fire Marshal, and not less than 20 nor more than 30 firefighters including the Chief and Assistant Chiefs.
