SCHEDULE I.   SPEED LIMITS IN SCHOOL ZONES.
   (A)   School speed limit zones are established on the following streets.
   (B)   Upon erection of appropriate signs designating the beginning and ending of the speed limit zones, no person shall drive a vehicle within the zones designated by this section in excess of 15 mph when children are present, going to or leaving school during opening or closing hours or during school recess periods.
