It shall be unlawful for any person riding a skateboard, scooter, roller skates or inline skates within the City of Slayton to:
(A) Be pushed, pulled or in any manner be propelled by any motorized vehicle or by a person on a bicycle; or
(B) Ride in a careless, reckless or negligent manner endangering or likely to endanger the safety of themselves or other persons or likely to cause damage to property.
