§ 75.15   DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ROLLER SKATES or INLINE SKATES.  A shoe with wheels attached or a device with wheels attached or a device with wheels which is designed to be attached to a shoe.
   SKATEBOARD or SCOOTER.  A wheeled, self-propelled device designed to transport a rider in a standing position, which device is not otherwise attached to a rider’s feet or shoes.
