§ 75.01   DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE.  Any device propelled by human power, upon which any person may ride having 2 tandem wheels, and any device generally recognized as a bicycle equipped with front or 2 rear tires.
