The provisions of M.S. Chapter 169, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to equipment on vehicles, except for the requirements of M.S. § 169.70, as it may be amended from time to time, are not applicable to motorized golf carts or 4-wheel all terrain vehicles operated under permits issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
