(A) Permittees will be allowed to operate their motorized golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, and mini-trucks, electric vehicles and medium-speed electric vehicles on all streets and alleys within the city limits or under the jurisdiction of the City of Slayton except:
(1) Broadway Avenue from 23rd Street to 28th Street;
(2) Any State or US Highway;
(3) On a public sidewalk provided for pedestrian travel;
(4) On boulevards within any public right-a-way;
(5) In any designated city park or ball field;
(6) On private property of another without specific permission of the owner or person in control of the property;
(7) On any other public place except as may be specifically permitted by other provision of the City Code.
(B) The operator of a motorized golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, and mini-trucks, electric vehicles and medium-speed electric vehicles may cross any street or highway intersecting a designated roadway.
