§ 74.07   PERMIT FEE.
   (A)   A permit fee, as set out in § 33.15, shall be charged and will be required to be paid when an application for a permit is submitted to the City Clerk/Administrator.
   (B)   The permit fee will not be prorated if issued after January 1 during any calendar year.
