(A) The applicant may be required to submit a certificate signed by a physician that the applicant is able to safely operate a motorized golf cart or all-terrain vehicle on the roadways designated.
(B) The applicant has not had his or her driver's license revoked as the result of criminal proceedings.
(C) The vehicle to be permitted must pass a safety inspection to assure that all the requirements in this Code have been met and to assure safe operation. This inspection must be conducted prior to the approval of the permit and must be conducted by the Chief of Police or designated Police Officer.
