A. Application: Every applicant for a certificate of compliance as to the Zoning, Fire, Health, and Safety Codes of the City required by title 37A of the Oklahoma Statutes shall apply at the Office of the City Clerk by filing a written application on forms prescribed by that office.
B. Investigation: Upon receipt of an application for a certificate of compliance, the City Clerk shall cause an investigation to be made to determine whether the premises proposed for licensed operations comply with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinances and any applicable County Health, Fire, Building and other Safety Codes applicable to such premises.
C. Time Limit For City Action: The Clerk shall act on all such applications within twenty (20) days of receipt thereof.
D. Fee: That the application fee for the issuance of a "Certificate of Compliance" shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) per location. (Ord. 2018-04, 8-28-2018, eff. 10-1-2018)
