4-1-4: ANNUAL REPORT TO STATE:
The City Clerk shall make an annual report to the ABLE Commission of the State of Oklahoma covering the fiscal year, showing the number and class of licensees subject to the Occupation Tax and the amount of money so collected from said tax. (1991 Code § 2-3; amd. Ord. 2013-3, 2-12-2013)
