Authorized City employees, or authorized agents thereof, shall be granted right of entry during regular business hours of the City to any area of any business or facility engaged in the cultivation, processing, dispensation or transportation of medical marijuana products licensed or otherwise regulated by OMMA and for which a City Certificate of Compliance is required for purposes of inspection to assure businesses or facilities are compliant with applicable building and trade codes, health and fire safety codes, and zoning regulations of the City.
