4-6-4: NON-TRANSFERABILITY FOR CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP, ACTIVITY OR LOCATION:

A City Certificate of Compliance issued to a specific ownership, location or activity shall be non-transferrable in the event the ownership, activity or location changes. Any such changes shall require application for and issuance of a new Certificate of Compliance. (Ord. 2023-10, 9-12-2023)
